Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 business days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. An order number is required for all returns. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide you a shipping label to use.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Include a photo and description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank.
